I'm calling out to ask for you help raising money for the Julian Trust Night Shelter, more specifically to raise money so I can buy as many clothes as possible to clothe our guests.
We rely on donations and this week we've had to scrape the barrel as to what we were able to offer.
It's heart breaking when you have to tell a man who's walking around in thread bare sandels we've not got any shoes in his size or the man that's soaking wet in a hoodie that we've not got a coat to help keep him dry.
So with whatever I can raise, I will visit charity shops and the local supermarkets to get t shirts, jumpers, jogging bottoms, jeans, trainers, pants and socks and if I'm really lucky maybe a coat or two.
