APPEAL: Haslingden / Rossendale community.

On the evening of Thursday 24th August after 6.30pm, several windows were smashed with bricks and stones at Haslingden Primary School. The damage will run into thousands of pounds in addition to the time taken to sort out the mess. If you have any information, please contact 101 quoting log number 0389 of 25/08/17.

If you are responsible, please know that we are Haslingden's community school. It is your neighbours and family who continue to fund our school through their hard earned taxes BUT our school is more than just about money. It is a special place in our community; a safe place for all who use it. It has stood for over 100 years and will stand for another with the support and love of the people in our town despite your actions. One day in the future, you may have the excitement of bringing your child to our school.
