I've raised £10000 to help fund a Disabled Facilities Grant, for a ground floor bedroom and bathroom, for a five year old boy with Cerebral Palsy.

Story

Shortly after Jack was born he had his first seizure - he spent 3 weeks in NICU. As a result he now has Cerebral Palsy, and complex, life threatening seizures. He has many emergency admissions to hospital day and night, which affects all the family. Jack is 5 years old and lives at home with his mum Hayley and his older sister Evie aged 9. He attends a local special school, and is a happy social little boy. Despite his health and physical challenges he is a very determined and brave little boy. Today Jack uses a walking frame and sometimes a wheelchair to get about. Stairs can be a struggle especially when he is tired. Jacks shares a bedroom with his mum. Jack would benefit greatly from his own ground floor bedroom and bathroom to enable us to care for jack in an adapted environment. It would give Jack some independence. We have been given a Disabled facilities grant from the council - however there is a shortfall of £10000 towards the building Work. Any contribution towards making this happen would make such a big difference to Jack and his family.

Thank you
