Story

The HBAA is hosting a Wellbeing and Mind your Mental Health industry event on Wednesday 15 May at Holiday Inn London - Kensington Forum.

This non for profit event is during National Mental Awareness week and has been created to:

* Raise funds to train additional Mental Health First Aiders across the hospitality and events industry

* Continue to raise awareness of Mental Health - it is #HBAA2BOK

* Be inspired by our guest speaker

* Learn how you can become a Mental Health First Aider and how this can really support you and those around you

* Promote your wellbeing and provide support to look after yourself better, during sleep, events and how nutrition plays a vital part

* Be inspired to make some personal changes and business recommendations for the benefits of yourself, your colleagues and customers

* Network and participate (if you want to) in a health MOT and also a sponsored spinathon

* Opportunity to win a spa break and take home some useful goody bags to carry on the learners from the day

There are on 65 places available at the event, and apart from your donation to attend; there is no additional cost. Please support us and support yourself.
