So recently my granddad has been hospital for the last 3 months, during this time he has under gone many procedures to save his right leg due to Gangrene, unfortunately, this have been unsuccessful which has led to the leg being amputated.

For my nan and granddad try and live a reasonable normal life, which due to my granddads long illness due to diabetes and renal failure which requires home dialysis preformed by my nan, they have had to have modifications done to the house. But in order to  have a  some  sort of normativity,  they  are having a van converted  into a disabled  camper van, which has become  very  costly. 

The plan for camper van is complete, via one medication,  which is outside our budget. This modification is an mechanical lift, because granddad will be wheelchair bound for the rest of his days, and without the lift he will be unable to get into the van.
