Dominica is a small island of only 72,000 people. Hurricane Maria is the first make landfall in 100 years and even hurricane shelters could not withstand the force of this category 5 hurricane. It will take years to rebuild the island, any assistance is grateful received. We have decided to give the money to the Rotary Club to help with the rebuilding of schools.
