With very little (Gareth) and no (me) training Gareth and I are going to run the Cardiff Half Marathon in October. We have chosen to raise money for Help the Homeless with Jasmine because Jasmine is an inspiration. She has inspired children and adults alike and we have had a great response to her charity so far.

Seeing a homeless person for the first time at Christmas last year really upset Jasmine and she decided to do something about it. She started by just giving a homeless person the sweets she had taken to the pantomime. The money she has raised so far has helped keep many people from becoming homeless and has helped people who are homeless move into hostels.

The sad thing is that becoming homeless could happen to anyone of us. So please give a little or a lot to help Jasmine continue the good work!
