Story

I want to help raise awareness even more so with the current challenges we have all faced recently, with losing loved ones, income and our normality. I want everyone to plan a walk and talk session , either with someone in their family or within lockdown restrictions of one other person outside your household with social distance guidelines. You can plan one to 10 sessions and get people to sponsor you to do this for at least 30mins or more. If you can then donate the funds to lifelinks we can help others recover from mental health concerns. This will be taking place between 1st March - 30th April 2021. If you are unable to take part please still donate to the charity to enable them to provide services to help mental health recovery. Please join in share and get all your friends and family to support this worthy cause. Lets all start a recovery plan that will help you and others. Please post pictures and raise awareness of this, lets get the nation back on track👍

it is said you get happiness from helping others, and you can help yours and others mental health by taking part in this challenge. Lets work together and do something meaningful in these difficult time for ourself and others, its a win/ win

i have been going on walk and talks with my friend for weeks and it has helped start me on a fitness route as well as get therapy during the walks by talking and letting go of my stresses. I want to help everyone to feel better together, i would really apperciate everyone getting involved, raising money and helping us all feel we are doing our bit to help us overcome all the difficulties we have been facing. Small steps can lead to something bigger.
