Story

On 8th March 2024, the unthinkable happened and, suddenly and tragically, 11 month old Maja Lillie was left without her loving, doting mummy, following a sudden illness.

There are no words that can do justice to the amazingly warm and funny person that Kristina Goodridge was, and her loss has left a crater in the hearts of so many. Not least, her parents, sister, partner and friends, whom she was taken from far too soon, at the age of only 37.

Kristina was a fun loving adventurer, who jumped at the chance to explore new parts of the world, undertake exciting challenges, try new foods and immerse herself in different cultures.

As a youngster, Kristina loved to ride horses and had hoped that Maja would follow in her footsteps which is why we have named this the Maja adventure & pony fund.

Whilst nothing can ever ease the pain of this tragedy, by contributing whatever you are able, you will help Maja experience all of the adventures and hobbies that Kristina enjoyed and had planned to share with her as she grew up. Whether it be riding a horse, going on exciting days out, or overseas adventures.

In that way Kristina's memory will live on and March the 8th, International Women’s Day, can be a celebration of this incredibly strong, beautiful soul and phenomenal mummy.

All money donated (subject to card processing fees) will go directly to Maja. Justgiving provide the platform for free, however, when you donate, they will ask if you would like to leave a 'tip' - anything left as a tip goes to Justgiving, you can remove the tip completely by pressing custom amount when prompted and setting this to zero.
