Myself & my husband Gary Watts are running the Cardiff Half marathon on October 1st 2017 in aid of a local charity ' HEAR TO HELP'

Hear to Help is a local Charity, set up in memory of Rhianna Thomas. Rhianna herself was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancer and underwent treatment. During this time the community of Builth Wells & surrounding areas supported both Rhianna and her family through fundraising events. The support received was most touching and whilst undergoing treatment Rhianna often talked about setting up a charity to help others, to repay some of the kindness she had experienced.

Unfortunately Rhianna passed away in March 2014. In her memory and to fulfil her wishes the charity Hear to Help has been set up.

We have chosen this charity 'Hear to Help' as we wanted to put something back into our local community, Sadly we never knew Rhianna but knowing we are helping her wishes towards a charity set up in her name will be a great honour.
