Myself and a group of my work colleagues will be taking part in the Pedal for Scotland event on the 10th of September, cycling 45 miles from Glasgow to Edinburgh. I have not been keeping fit recently so this will be a challenge but knowing it's all for charity will get me to that finish line!

Hopefully we raise enough money between us all so that each of the following charities receive a meaningful amount.
