I've raised £1500 to be split between Sleaford Town FC and Liam Hargrave and Hannah Laidler’s campaign after the tragic loss of Liam and Hannah’s baby girl

First event completed and I'm now onto event No.2. Rather than an adrenaline rush of jumping out of a plane this is much more a slow painful burn. Starting on Friday 28th May, I will be attempting to run (and walk) non-stop the 147 miles (237km) of the Viking Way from the Humber Bridge to Oakham. The plan is for this to take approx 40 hours but this is definitely very fluid depending on how my legs are feeling along the way.
As you'll see below these are 2 causes that are really important to me and any sponsorship now matter how small would be appreciated beyond belief.
We’re looking to raise money for 2 causes that are really important to us. Half of any money raised will go towards keeping Sleaford Town FC as a thriving Community Sports Club. Revenue and sponsorship has been dramatically affected by the Covid-19 crisis and it is important that we continue provide both a good level of football for local fans to watch and also a thriving Club to enable Juniors to progress through the ranks to play for the Senior team.
The other half will go towards our former player Liam Hargrave after the tragic stillbirth of his and his partner Hannah’s daughter, Ayla. Hannah has already given some inspirational interviews regarding why it’s so important to keeping raising awareness and break the silence on babyloss.
For the first event, my daughter, Amelia, and I will be jumping out of a plane from 10000ft. Weirdly she seems quite excited about it where as I am absolutely terrified due to a long standing fear of heights! I’m hoping that they push me out quickly before I have too much opportunity to be scared!
