Story
Seven-year-old Jasmi from Bury St Edmunds is a caring and wise little girl who loves fashion and riding her bike with friends. She can often be found singing along to her favourite bands.
Jasmi was diagnosed with acute Lymphoblastic leukaemia in 2014, just before she was due to start school. For a while, it looked like a blood stem cell donation from a matching donor would be necessary, but in the end, Jasmi didn’t need one.
Devastatingly, Jasmi’s leukaemia has returned for the second time. Doctors have told her family that she urgently needs to find a matching stem cell donor to give her the best chance of survival. She is now undergoing intensive chemotherapy in hospital, where she will stay with Rena by her side for at least the next few months.
We have set this page up to try and give Rena some support so that she can continue to give 100% to Jasmi and cover the numerous unexpected costs that will arise over Jasmi's time in hospital.
If you can donate, it will make a huge practical difference. You can leave a message or donate anonymously. Thank you for taking the time to read about Jasmi.
