Story
I’m sure that the majority of Jason Bragg's friends and obviously family are now aware of the horrific news he recieved a couple of weeks ago. Jason has been diagnosed with cancer of the bowel, liver, lymph nodes & peritoneum. He has received 36 hours of chemo over the weekend and we are all keeping our fingers crossed that this has started to reduce the cancer.
Although obviously tired from his weekend ordeal, Braggy is very much upbeat and his positive attitude can only help him to battle this horrendous illness.
For those of you who don't know Jason, he is a local lad who has grown up heavily involved in St.Austell cricket club. He has gone on to be a plumber and also a retained firefighter. His desire and love for giving back to others is demonstrated in everything he does, especially in his passion for being a firefighter.
Jason is a family man; a proud father to Elizah who is 5 next month and twin boys Oscar and George who turn 1 next month! He and his partner Lizzie are keen to make some precious family memories and to have financial security for the future.
In addition to sending him your best wishes, I’m sure everyone wants to do all they can to help Braggy and his family. Alongside this page we are holding a fundraising event that has virtually sold out within a matter of hours; a true testament to what a special man Jason is.
All proceeds from the event and this page will go to Jason, Lizzie and the kids.
Please do your bit to support one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and somebody who has given, and will continue to give so much to his family, friends and the community.
