The reason for carrying out this crazy challenge is because I really want to do something in memory of my late Granda Alan. This year marks the 6th anniversary of his passing, so whilst on furlough I decided to do the run on Saturday the 27 March 2021, which would have been his 84th Birthday.

He may be up high in the sky, but he’s always with and around me and with each day that passes I just want to make him more and more proud.

This will be the hardest running challenge that I have ever done, but it will be so worth it in the end, I know this for sure.
