I am running this year's Cardiff Half Marathon.. yes I'm shocked too. I started running 9 month's ago with Run Diva Run and struggled with 30 second runs 😃 I have built on this and progressed to 5k and 10k races. I took up this personal challenge in August - quite a challenge for a golden oldie - I have decided to raise money for such a worth while new local charity - Kicking Off Against Cancer

Kicking Off Against Cancer is a brand new registered charity, set up following the organisation of a successful world record attempt, breaking the world record of 36 hours indoors 5-aside football. The charity has been set up with the help of my nephew Daniel Falconer who is also a trustee.
