Story

As most of you will have heard or seen on the news, Sierra Leone (my beloved country), a tiny country off the coast of West Africa has been hit by mudslides and massive flooding. Over 400 people are estimated to have lost their lives and over 1,500 missing. Sadly this figure will rise as humanitarian aid workers gain access to remote areas. I personally know some of these people affected and I am writing to ask for your help.

Sierra Leone has just recovered from the Ebola outbreak, and now this.

We have received a lot of items from the local community in Bristol through appeals, however we need to ensure these items reach survivors on the ground.

We are planning to ship these items to Sierra Leone and I need your help to help pay for the cost of shipping items to those affected. Your donations will make a massive difference to people's lives.

No donation is too small. Thank you.
