On the morning of Sunday the 12th November 2017 I will be running the Derby 10 Mile. Two things I hate doing, running and being awake on Sunday mornings.
Why you may ask yourself? Well for two reasons!

Firstly, On the 11th June a friend of mine required the services of the air ambulance due to a motorcycle accident. Within 10 minutes they were on the scene saving Chris's life.

Currently the Air Ambulance Service is funded solely by charity donations. As a thank you to them for providing a critical service to my friend and to society as a whole i will be giving up a Sunday morning to run around Derby.

Secondly, Chris will need all the help and support as he gets ready for the challenges ahead of him.

Your donation will be split 50 50 between air ambulance service and providing practical support for Chris
