Hi All
We've assembled a team that will be pushing itself through sheer unadulterated pain this September, defying expectations that we're not just Breaking Bad-watching couch potatoes and doing a Tough Mudder for incredible charities.
The Tough Mudder involves a long-distance run integrated with 13 absolutely grueling and muddy obstacles including an ice pool dive and electric shocking barbed wire. It will be truly brutal, but we've been working very hard and want to raise as much money as possible.
Our main charity is Centre Point, a charity that helps young homeless people with education, housing and finding a job. Its current Patron is the Duke of Cambridge and it has helped 125,000 young people since its founding in 1969.
We are also supporting Aleh and one of its partner charities. Aleh is an entire community dedicated to supporting children with the most severe disabilities, regardless of their backgrounds. We went to visit Aleh and were truly inspired by its hard-working international set of volunteers, and the richness the charity helps instill in these children's lives.
