This challenge is to support a small but very important charity-
The Menstrual Health Project.
The Charities mission is to provide practical support for those suffering with menstrual health concerns and conditions, the charity also provides educational tools and resources.
"We are aware of the challenges those suffering with these concerns & conditions face. We strive to help people navigate these conditions more confidently, accurately & comfortably, whatever stage in life they are at."

Between our 16 strong team we are heading off on a three day challenge. This will include a 40 km walk over Scotland's Cairngorm region, a night of camping in the wild and the completion of the five highest mountains in the Cairngorms.
