As some of you may know claire was the most heart warming amazing friend daughter mummy anyone could ask for she was so bubble always happy to help anyone she could she was the light and soul of the partys she had been battling Behcets disease, pulmanary artery disease and cavitatory lung disease for a while and still went on like wonder woman and its so hard to have to say our good byes as claire lost the battle of her illness at just 25 her kids were her life she made sure they was always priority she was just insperational we all no claire had a mouth she always backed up and always had to have a rant but that wouldnt be claire is she never did lol always remember the good time love you for ever and always your such a fighter ❤️ 27/12/1991 💔 25/08/2017 fly high beautiful girl
