I've raised £2000 to help local Lincolnshire girl Demi Knight who needs life saving and urgent private treatment for a Medulloblastoma brain tumour.

Lincolnshire girl, (11 year old) Demi Knight needs urgent private treatment in the US to save her life. The UK & NHS unfortunately can’t do anything more for her. Demi has a Medulloblastoma brain tumour, which, after conventional treatment through the NHS, has now returned one year after treatment has ceased.
Through funds that the family have raised so far and borrowing money, they have managed to obtain enough to get out to the US and get treatment started, as timing is crucial! The earlier the intervention the better, but they have ongoing medical bills in the US for approximately one year.
Myself and all at Docks Beers brewery in Grimsby would like help this little girl (who we dont know, but have heard about her struggle and situation). My husbands (co-owner of Docks Beers) father suffered from a brain tumour & my mum has been fighting to survive one for the past 3 years. Therefore brain tumour treatment and funding is very important to us at Docks Beers, especially when a local girl needs help. Myself and my colleague Keeley have pledged to do a 15,000 ft SKY DIVE in Hibaldstow on Saturday 26th January. We‘ve never done a sky dive before so are terrified but not as much as Demi must be! We want to help this little girl who has the same to right as us all to live. Her life shouldn’t be cut short because she doesn‘t have enough funding.
We would be so very grateful if everyone would sponsor us even just something small. All of the money raised will go towards helping Demi Knight in whatever way she needs. We also have a collection bucket inside the Docks Beers bar/taproom if anyone would like to donate in cash. This will be added to our grand total and personally given to Demi‘s family which im sure they will be eternally grateful.
