I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2017 to raise money for Vision Impaired West Glamorgan, a charity working to support blind and partially sighted people in Swansea and Neath Port Talbot.
This charity is close to our family's heart as it has supported my Dad since being registered blind in increasing his confidence to now work as a volunteer supporting others and helping to deliver training on visual impairment awareness.
This is a great cause and knowing what the half involves after completing the Swansea half 2016 (pre-broken bones and metal!) makes my legs feel a bit wobbly - please give whatever you are able to it will certainly help get me to the finish line!
