In September 2017, approximately 40 staff members of the Emergency Department from the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital will be taking part in the 5k Gung-Ho run at Earlham Park.
We are a bunch of very unfit people so this will be quite a challenge!!!
The registration fee will be going to Children in Need but we would love to raise some money for Finnbar's Force, a charity set up by one of our colleague who's son Finnbar Cork sadly passed away in August 2016 after a short battle with an incurable brain tumour at just 5 years old.
This money will greatly help other families going through a similar devastating and heartbreaking situation that Tristan, Claire and all of their family went though.
Please give what you can, every penny is greatly received.
