Thusong Development Centre in Alexandria township, Johannesburg runs a squash development programme for underprivileged children. During a coaching session Kefiloe's front teeth were knocked out in an unfortunate accident when she was hit by her opponent's squash racquet. Kefiloe's family has no money for medical insurance, and her opponent's family also cannot help to pay the heavy costs to have her front teeth replaced.

The medical bills will cost at least R11,000, that is 650GBP. This covers the cost of having the teeth removed and having them replaced.

Kefiloe is 14.
