As some of you may know I Have signed up to run the Great West Run Half Marathon on Sunday 15th October :o (eeek!)

I started a 'Couch to 5k' programme in January, and after completing that in March  thought  it  would  be  a  good  idea  to  set  myself  a  new  challenge  and  sign  up  to  this  half  marathon!  (Not  sure  it's  the  best  idea  I've  ever  had,  but  it's  too  late  to  back  out  now!!!)

The  Dogue De Bordeaux Welfare  are  a  small  charity  who  help  to  rescue and rehome Dogue's  in  need,  often  paying  out  for  expensive  treatments  and  operations  to  get  Dogue's  back  to  health  and  into  a  new  loving  home. Anyone who knows me, will know that my heart lies with Dogue De Bordeaux's, so thought I would donate my sponsorship to them!

So that's it.........I'm going to run my socks off and hopefully not keel over, and I would love to raise a lovely amount to give to the welfare in the process!  ANY amount of  sponsorship  will  be  greatly  received  and  much  appreciated  by  myself  and  the  welfare.
