As many may already know, I lost my beautiful mum Christine on 2nd June 2017 at the age of 61 to Cancer. She graceful fought this horrible disease for over 15 months having over 50 sessions of chemo within this time. As you can imagine the effect this had on her body, but she was a fighter and loved her family dearly . So she badly wanted to beat it to share a few more years with us.

The staff and resources at the Sandra Chapman Day Centre where amazing and helped ease some of the hurdles she had to overcome to be able to get through so chemo sessions. So I would like to give back in some way to show our families gratitude for everything they done for my mum.

And to do this I'm going to go Alcohol free for the whole of October. Many are doing the Sober October but I would like to help towards something close to my heart. So shall be asking you all to help, in any small amount you can afford to sponsor me to do this.
