Story

The Community Matters Partnership Project (CMPP) is a collaboration of socially responsible, caring organisations who work together to make a lasting difference in the local community, especially to young people. I am raising money to contribute to CMPP's Youth Aspirations Fund and the Give & Get Days (G&G).

The Youth Aspirations fund is a scheme that was set up back in 2015. Throughout the year, partners of CMPP raise money for the Youth Aspiration Fund (YAF) in a variety of ways: from jumping out of planes to running along airstrips, hosting dress down days in the workplace to selling grand draw tickets and taking part in organised events such as Nuts Challenge and much more! All monies fundraised gets pumped back into the local community through projects that raise the aspirations of young people in and around Rushmoor.

For more information check out the CMPP website – www.cmpp.org.uk and read the case studies of their hard work throughout the borough!

I will be taking part in the Nuts Challenge on Saturday 2 September to raise money - a 7km muddy run with 100 obstacles - wish me luck!!
