My daughter and I are climbing Ben Nevis on the 30th of September (weather depending) to raise money to fund a trip to Malawi helping the village of Kaponda. Climbing Ben nevis will be a great challenge as neither of us have done it before.

My daughter has been given the opportunity to travel to the Dambo region of Malawi and help out in a village with the Betty Cunningham International Trust. Here, she and the rest of the group will help out in the schools, teaching english to the children. they will also help re-paint the healthcare clinics that the Betty Cunningham Trust provided. The group will be bringing out essential supplies like torches, stationary and clothes for the village. The Betty Cunningham trust has already made a huge impact on the village by providing a well for fresh water and access to medical supplies. My daughter and I will be climbing the highest mountain in Britain in order to fundraise for this amazing opportunity to make a difference to other peoples lives. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
