Although the raising of financial assistance for the above event is important, our primary aim is to get more people and families to look towards helping young people in our area. The event we are supporting will be available for all foster children and their families and for everyone that's been involved in this event.

It is incredibly important to have families available to foster children in the UK, as thousands of vulnerable young people rely on safe, stable homes to thrive. Foster carers provide not only shelter, but also emotional support, guidance, and a sense of belonging during times of great uncertainty. Without enough foster families, children may face long waits, frequent moves, or placements far from their communities, disrupting their education and wellbeing. Every family that steps forward helps create a more compassionate and supportive environment for children in need.

Our ice hockey club, the Kingston Reapers have supported numerous charities over the past 5 years and have raised tens of thousands of pounds for good causes, we are proud to get behind this cause.
