I became Lady Captain at my Golf Club in December 2016 to .November 2017 and i needed a charity to support through the year. I started thinking about charties months before but all of them were too big and i could not see where the money was going to be spent. My grandson Harry was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3 and my daughter found even the easiest tasks a struggle for him. Harry was offered a place at Pond Meadow Academy in Guildford where my daughter has not looked back since.

I wanted to acknowledge all the hardwork that these dedicated people do for children like Harry and some children with far more disabilites than Harry. He is now 6 talking, and is learning to write and read his name. At my Lady Captains Day in July with around 80 people around he was very relaxed.

The school would very much like the money raised to go to new school equipment in the playground for the lower school. Please help me to boost my charity to give these children an area for them to have fun and fresh air.
