Lexi is a pupil in my sons class at Newdigate Primary School. Unfortunately Lexi became ill at the end of last year and was diagnosed with " Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia B Cell iAMP 21 Gene", which has also resulted in Lexi having Paediatric Osteoporosis. She is currently undergoing treatment which she will need for at least the next 2 years, but she still insists on attending school as often as possible (even straight after her chemotherapy session).

On the 15th October me and my friend Lisa will be taking part in the Birmingham Half Marathon to raise money so Lexi can buy herself a laptop.
