Im Kayaking unsupported from the Lake District to London starting on Sunday 5th July using canals. Its approx 350 miles and could take 10 days or more. Im doing it to raise money for Alder Hey Children's Hospital. They saved my nephews life a few years ago and continues to support him and many children like him.
