I am running Swindon Half marathon 2017 to raise money for Swindon SANDS.

Swindon SANDS provide invaluable support to parents and families after suffering the devastating loss of their baby.

All funds raised will be donated directly to the Swindon SANDS to help towards their current fundraising goals. They are currently fundraising to create a bereavement suite and continue placing precious memory boxes at GWH, update the baby garden at Whitworth Rd cemetery, maintain the memorial garden at Kingsdown Crematorium, and continue providing support to bereaved parents via telephone, email and in person. At a national level SANDS work to improve the quality of care and services offered to bereaved families and to promote research that could help to reduce the loss of babies' lives.
