Story

As most of you know my wonderful, caring younger brother Martin had a near fatal biking accident almost 8 years ago, it was horrific and we didn’t think he would ever recover but recover he did, he surpassed all expectations of the doctors and surgeons who told me that 99 per cent of people who sustain those types of brain injuries never come back. In May 2017 Martin was knocked off his bike in Paris where he lives with his son Finn and ended up back in hospital with serious back injuries, it turns out he had three crushed vertebrae stemming from his original accident and is almost crippled while the surgeons work out if emergency spinal operation is too risky as it may permanently paralyse him. Our family has been in Paris taking care of him as he can hardly walk for the pain and is not able to work for the foreseeable future. I started this page to ask for your help. Not an easy thing to do. My parents and I have all been asked by many of you what you can do to help ? The bottom line is that Martin needs financial help and support to get back on his feet. He's working really hard at getting better and during this awful and painful time any financial support, no matter how small, would be enormously and gratefully appreciated. From the bottom of our hearts ..... Thankyou ❤️❤️
