Instead of flowers we would appreciate donations in the name of a wonderful husband, dad, grandad and friend. David fought hard to continue to be all of these things to many people and he was helped by a wonderful team of dedicated consultants, doctors and nurses and health care assistants. All donations will be forwarded to cancer care charities.
