Myself and Jonny are taking on the Great Scottish Run - Half Marathon raising money for The John O'Byrne Foundation.

This amazing foundation is run by John who works so hard to make life a bit easier for the inpatients and outpatients of Glasgows Children's Hospital. John provides the children with support, activities and gifts such as toys, iPads and football tickets to weekends away with their families and gigs such as little mix. He tries make these hard times for the children and their families that bit easier.

This foundation is close to us as I have nursed many of the children that John has managed to bring happiness to and see how much this helps them with their time in the hospital which for some is months.
