On Saturday 23rd of September, Sean, Ben and I are doing a 75ft abseil down Pembroke castle to raise money for the Lota Park project! This is a great project, raising funds for very much needed new play equipment in Lota park, Fishguard.
Any donations will be gratefully recieved, and there will be lots of photos so you can see how we get on!
