Well me and a good friend David Cranswick's have decided to drag our fat asses round a half marathon for the biggest numpty that we know Ben Ryan.

For those that are not aware Ben has been suffering with the disease Wilsons which has attacked his brain as well as other area's of his body. It is going to be a long road to recovery for Ben but we will all help him get through this and we all be soon sat back in the pub watching football with a good pint in our hands.

We will also be running for the Soldiering on Trust who have kindly donated the place's on the Great North Run. Soldiering on are a fantastic charity who help current and ex serviceman through all kinds of problems that service people may suffer.
