On Sunday 20th August our cat was poisoned. The emergency vets that treated her late on Sunday night will not release her body to us for a burial at home until they receive payment of £315. They also will not keep her refrigerated, in order for us to organise the payment and get her home in a timescale which is manageable.

Utterly humiliated to be asking for help like this but the children are devastated and need to have their kitten home to grieve and bury her.
