Story
I am running the Berlin marathon in September and have chosen to raise money for Watford general maternity unit.
In November last year two very close friends of mine tragically lost their baby boy Oscar just before birth.
They said the advice and care they received when first learning of the news, to the after care they're still getting and advice on how to live without oscar has been amazing. The maternity unit want to be able to do even more in the future and are trying to set up a rainbow clinic to offer more support and care for parents who suffer the loss of an unborn child.
The progress they've made with the bereavement of oscar is brilliant to see and with the continued support from the maternity unit they will only get stronger.
