Earlham House Post Office in Norwich and its small independent shop neighbours provide an essential community facility . The freeholder of Earlham House recently sold the shops and flats but retained the car park and plans to to bring in and enforce a £1 per hour parking charge. This would destroy the Post Office and small shops.

The car park owner disputes the long standing parking rights held by the shopkeepers. We want to seek a legal opinion to defend our livelihoods and protect the Post Office and all the shops for the benefit of the local community.
