Jill, Hazel and I were successful in the ballot to walk across the new Queensferry Crossing.

As some of you may know heights are not my thing, and heights above water really make me feel sick!

So in order to get me over the bridge and back, we have decided to raise some funds for Astley House Nursing Home.

Sadly, for Hazel and I we have family members living in Astley House after dementia took hold of their lives.

Nothing can prepare you for dementia and it has truly been the hardest, and most heartbreaking experience but all the staff at Astley House are fantastic and do so much for Bill and Jimmy and care so well for them.

We would like to raise a little money to be able to help provide stimulating entertainment for all the residents this Christmas.

A little goes a long way and we would love you to support our small fundraising request.
