This is Chaly my brother he got very sick at the age of 20 years old, he left his hometown to move to Cancun to seek for a new opportunities, dreams and aspirations for better future, after two months of that he got a succesful job he got very ill, he was in Intensive care for four months the doctors could not tell us what was the illness until one doctor diagnostic him Lupus (LES) in that moment our world drop down for my mother and I. This inmune illness attacked his lungs and then his kidneys so my mother gave him a kidney which one just last 8 years in that

of moment he meet this lovely girl with three kids which ones he adore with all his heart, they mean the world for him, he cant work, unfortunately the goverment hardly help him with the medicine and care treatment is really hard for them follow his diet and the treatment thats why I begging you what your heart and posibilities can help him and his family we will appreciate it with all our heart.
