On this page we are raising money for Gavin Medlow (33), Charlotte and his two young sons Oliver (3) and Harry (1).

In June of this year, as some of you may know, Gavin was told that the Cancer he has on his liver is inoperable, which was obviously devastating news for Gavin, his family and friends.

The diagnosis means that Gavin could have as little as 6 months left with us, however if the chemotherapy goes well, he could have two years.

Gavin was first diagnosed with Cancer in August 2016, where it was found in his bowel. In September 2016, Gavin had an operation to remove his large Bowel, which was successful and then shortly after Gavin began his Chemotherapy treatment.

It was after six months of chemotherapy that Gavin had the scan that revealed he now had Cancer in his Liver. At first, the doctor was hopeful it could be removed, however during the surgery they found a metastatic Cancer on the Lymph Nodes outside of his Liver. At that point, the surgery was aborted and Gavin was then told of the inoperable nature of his Cancer.

This page is being created to raise £6,000 for Gavin, Charlotte, Oliver and Harry, so that whether he has six months, two years or hopefully longer, Gavin and his family will have the ability to create long lasting and amazing memories with one another.

Gavin is kind, funny, caring, hard working and an amazing Husband and Father, but importantly he is also a fighter, so won't want sympathy or pity, but, despite being stubborn he does ask for our help, as his family, friends and even strangers we can help Gavin, his wife and children.
