To help raise funds for Milnrow Band's trip to the Royal Albert Hall in October I am running 6 half marathons in 6 months.
Sheffield in April
Leeds in May
Huddersfield in June
Halifax in July
Fleetwood in August
Warrington in September
Any donations large or small would be greatly appreciated!
The Milnrow Brass Band is a top class group of amateur musicians promoted to the highest ranked Championship section of Great Britain in 2003.
The band have, for only the second time in their history qualified alongside the Foden's Band and the Fairey Band to represent the North West at the National Championships of Great Britain.
Milnrow Band has no corporate sponsorship and relies heavily on the engagements we attend and the support of locals and business alike.
Any donations to help towards the cost of travel and accommodation to enable the band to compete at the Royal Albert Hall in October would be very gratefully received.
