It is difficult to choose a charity to dedicate your efforts to, with so many important causes and so many people in need how do you choose? This weekend I am taking part in the Tough Mudder obstacle course and I would love to raise some money for the PKCF charity which supports causes worldwide with a particular focus on the welfare and education of children in Iran.
