Noel has had a stroke and we would like to help raise funds to help him on the road to recovery.

You are the most generous, crazy, up for it guy who would drop everything for anyone in a heartbeat!

Life has thrown you a curveball in the form of a stroke but if anyone will come back stronger it's you! You formed Evolution Combat Sports to give kids and adults confidence, self defence skills, fitness and fun and bro you did deliver! Your evolution family adore you and are working hard to keep your vision alive. We will be there for you every step of the way, as you would for us, always.

You were rightly proud of your own health achievements completing tough mudder twice, rough runner and total warrior, losing weight and becoming the man you wanted to be. You helped so many others along the way and have been an inspiration to many. We all love you and are so thankful for all that you have done for us.

The donations will go direct to Noel. He will be able to use them to help him with his road to recovery.
