We are a group of nine 16 year olds participating in the 'National Citizen Service' scheme. As part of our social action we are running a sponsered 'knit-a-thon' at Shrewsbury Square on Thursday 31st August. This is in order to raise money and awareness for Shropshire Dementia Action Alliance, a local charity supporting patients in the area. The 'twiddlemuffs' that are knitted in this time will be given to the dementia patients in a local care home. Our Facebook
