Story

I recently was looking through Facebook as you do, when I saw a status from Debbie Ormston and how upset she was. To put everyone in the picture, Debbie is a very strong and brave woman who happens to be my late best friends mother.

Lee Ormston, tragically lost his life so young, when he was involved in a motorcycle accident, leaving so many people without a friend, a son, a brother, a boyfriend and a fellow comrade in the British Army.

The reason why I wanted to set this page up and help Debbie and the memory of my late friend Lee Ormston, was because recently without even speaking to Debbie the groundsmen at the Christchurch cemetery removed the bench and plaque that sat next to Lee's grave since his burial.

When Debbie Spoke to the Cemetry, they confirmed that every 10 years the removal of the bench and plaque must take place.

The reason for this page, is to raise the £1600 needed to have the bench and plaque put back, so everyone can visit Lee and pay their respects
